Daily drop in classes are conducted on regular basis in the mornings and evenings at our studio. Each class is of one hour and fifteen minutes duration and focuses on the proper alignment based asana practice and pranayama techniques. A 30 minutes meditation class is also available in the evening. Drop in classes are suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners who want to energize themselves and keep motivated. Classes are small in size (maximum 10 people) so each practitioner is paid an individual attention for a proper and better practice. The technique of yoking mind, body and soul is the primary focus in our classes which helps the practitioners to explore and connect to themselves.
